Add the agencies that are unable to stay within a break-even budget, USPS, IRS, TSA, NSA and plenty more. They continue to be paid, don’t forget they can’t be part of the ACA, the focal point of where we stand today.

The result of their actions is simple. What is good for them, is not good for the largest part of our citizens. The time has come for us to think clearly, WHAT ARE WE DOING?
