Donald Eugene Hess, 53, passed away Sunday, Nov. 17, 2013, in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho. He was born Dec. 9, 1959, in St. George, Bermuda, the son of Gene and Helen (Simmons) Hess.

Memorial services will be held at 2 p.m. Monday, Nov. 25, 2013, at Yates Funeral Home, Coeur d’Alene Chapel.
