Wendall Ray Cooper, 67

Wendall Ray Cooper, 67, passed away Saturday, Nov. 9, 2013, at his home in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho. He fought the good fight and has finished the race. He was born July 3, 1946, in Keysville, Fla., the son of Earl and Louise (Jackson) Cooper. Wendall attended Turkey Creek High School and is retired from the Plumbers and Pipefitters Union 123, Tampa, Fla.

He is survived by his wife of 35 years, Cindy Stewart Cooper; mother Louise Jackson Cooper; son Gary Cooper; one grandchild and one great-grandchild; siblings, Glenda Cooper Roberts (I.V.) and Elaine Cooper Hall (Dale).

He is preceded in death by his father, Earl W. Cooper and his brother, Ronald W. Cooper.
