RE/MAX Infinity open in Riverstone

RE/MAX Infinity Group, a new real estate business, is now open at 2086 N. Main St., Coeur d'Alene, in the Village at Riverstone.

The office, led by Colleen Kelley, broker-owner; Kate Bowen, owner; and broker Peggy Sawicki, opened Aug. 1 and has 14 associates licensed in Idaho and Washington with more than 100 years of combined real estate experience.

"We bring RE/MAX to a market that is lacking any RE/MAX presence. Our business philosophy of putting our agents first, allows the agents to put their clients first. This philosophy ensures the success of all," Kelley said.

Sawicki brings 31 years of real estate business, with 15 as a broker, manager and trainer.

According to Kelley, the market is heating up in Coeur d'Alene with price increases an average of 2-8 percent higher than last year.
