Loretta E. Oens, 86

Loving, wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother went to be with her Lord and Savior on May 15, 2013. Loretta was born March 4, 1927, in Entiat, Wash.

She spent 39 years in Cusick, Wash., with her loving husband Farrell L. Oens. In 1999, they moved to Post Falls. She lived her life surrounded by her three children, Linda, Dale and Dee, along with their spouses, Carolyn and Rich; her eight grandchildren, Douglas, Thad, Tracy, Alexis (deceased), Ruth, Christian (deceased), Lacey and Jess; and her 17 great-grandchildren, Taylor, Hailey, Douglas, Claudia, Thomas Jr., Cody, Nadetta, Zoe, Gracie, Angelise, Harmony, Syrenity, Sirrinna, Meliah, Anna, Kiery and Carson.

Always a soft spoken, loving and gentle person Loretta loved sewing, cooking, 4-H, gardening, seeing her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren, and visiting with friends.

A memorial service will be held at 3:30 p.m. Thursday, May 23, 2013, at Post Falls Baptist Church, 1609 N. Spokane St., Post Falls. A reception will follow at the church.
