BUDGET: Cutting into real people

My client is a direct casualty of the budget reducing going on. He first had his meals taken away, next came a lot of his help, desperately needed, as he is elderly and disabled. Only took about a month to put him in the nursing home. This is happening all over. What is their crime? Being old, disabled and poor? Does the government actually think they will save money by doing this, as it does cost more for nursing home care, than home health?

Something is very wrong here. Our seniors and disabled persons deserve more than this! THOUGHT THIS WAS AMERICA.
