Glenn Frank McGee, 75

Glenn Frank McGee, 75, of Post Falls, passed away May 1, 2013, at his home. He was born Jan. 28, 1938, in Mead, Wash., to Frank and Jane McGee.

On Feb. 23, 1968, Glenn married Cheryl Nelson in Spokane. They moved to Post Falls in 1972. Glenn and Cheryl traveled for eight years around the United States.

Glenn worked as a millwright for Kaiser Aluminum for 28 years. He served in the United States Air Force and Marines. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping and golfing. The Coeur d’Alene River was his favorite place to camp. After 20 years of golfing he recorded a hole in one.

Glenn is survived by his wife, Cheryl McGee; children, Danny of West Virginia, Brenda Evans, Scott McGee and Dennis McGee of North Idaho; and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, May 6, 2013, at Lifeway Chapel, 501 W. 15th Ave., Post Falls, with a lunch gathering after the service.
