ELECTRICITY: Cost continues to escalate

What is the deal with Kootenai Electric? Did the ENRON people take over? A few years ago I was paying $75 a month for electricity and now it’s around $400 every month. And if you get behind they will just cut you off with no warning — it doesn’t matter if you have an invalid or small child in the home. Is Ebenezer Scrooge in charge? Is there any governmental oversight at all anymore? It seems like the foxes are in the chicken coop. I do not see an answer coming from this, unless it is from a $400,000-a-year suit telling me about the “poor but honest people” at the company who haven’t had a raise in 100 years.
