NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Coeur d'Alene Planning Commission invites you to the following public hearing to consider your oral comments and all written comments received on this item: ITEM: SP-2-13 What is being requested: Coeur d'Alene School District #271 is requesting approval of a Community Education Special Use Permit in the R-12 (Residential at 12 units/acre) zoning district. The approval of the request would convert the existing school (Sorensen Elementary) to a conforming activity and allow for the expansion of the existing school. Location of the request: Commonly described as: 310 N. 9th Street, legally described as: All of Block 10, O'BRIEN'S SECOND ADDITION to the town of Coeur d'Alene, according to the plat recorded in the office of the County Recorded in Book A of Plats at page 100, records of Kootenai County, Idaho. Community Action Partnership Association of Idaho: Database Committee Legal Ad Community Action Partnership Association of Idaho (CAPAI) will be accepting sealed service bids for either 1.) an out-of-the-box client intake and tracking system for Idaho Community Action agencies (RFP#: 02281301) or 2.) an update to the current client intake and tracking system for Idaho Community Action Agencies (RFP#: 02281302).
