COINS: Couple comes up short

My husband and I are in our late 70s and a year ago we took his coin collection to CoiNuts. We had four coin books and three rolls of war time pennies (look like silver). The gal said they were busy and they would look it all over and let us know.

Well, we got a $125 check for everything and when I questioned them, they said that was all they were worth! We didn’t know until a friend who had seen the coins books told us we had been taken. He said those books were worth at least $800 to $900. I guess SENIORS have to learn not to trust anyone. What is our country coming to?

My question is, why hasn’t this guy been put in jail?
