Asa Wiley Sizemore Jr., 57

Asa Wiley Sizemore Jr., 57, passed away March 11, 2013, at home in Post Falls. He was born April 17, 1955, in Welch, W.Va., to Asa and Maxine Sizemore.

Asa grew up in a large family having 12 brothers and three sisters, which enabled him to have the biggest heart and the willingness to always help others. Anyone who knew Asa knew he had two passions: one, he loved being in the woods, and the other playing pool. Asa was happiest when he had a chainsaw or a pool stick in his hand. At any given day you could drive by Bob’s 21 and see the biggest load of firewood stacked in Asa’s truck and knew he was inside having a cup of coffee and playing pool.

Asa is survived by his two sons, Asa (Allen) and Eric; and his longtime girlfriend, Carol Gunderson. He is also survived by two granddaughters, Tessa and Charli; sisters, Bonnie, Vicki and Pat; brothers, Ken, Doug, Jack, Randy, John, Jesse, Tracy and David. He was preceded in death by his parents, Asa and Maxine; and brothers, Jim, Ben, Cecil and Mike.
