Judge finds probable cause for murder charge

IDAHO FALLS (AP) - An eastern Idaho judge determined there is probable cause to charge a 22-year-old man with first-degree murder in the shooting death of a 21-year-old woman.

Magistrate Judge Gilman Gardner on Friday also included a deadly weapon enhancement in the charge against Adan A. Arroyo, of Blackfoot.

Police said that Arroyo shot Kristy M. Aschliman four times on Jan. 19 and left her for dead on the side of Lincoln Road east of Ammon.
