GOP: Wrong about gays

| June 16, 2013 9:28 PM

Not all Republicans want to make issues decided by cities changed by the Idaho Legislature.

I have been a Republican all my voting life and I am 85. I have missed very few elections for all issues in my life. I signed with hesitation when you had to note your preference in order to vote. Was that a beginning of the kind of pressures that destroys, in the end, our FREEDOMS?

Think about it. The issue is talking about a part of our population who are productive, taxpaying, caring citizens who live and love this country as much as some propose they do. They have the same rights to live in this city, in this state and in this country as those who propose they not be treated as citizens of these United States...fair and equal.

There is fast coming the day it will be proven, without a doubt, all people are born with varying degrees of the feminine and masculine components, thereby people become what they are at birth. They are citizens of these United States — no different than you or I. It is not only your right to be a citizen and respected as such, the same rules and freedoms belong to us all.

I am a Christian; study your Bible further. I will always be a practicing Christian, not so sure I will always be a Republican.
