SHERIFF: Not a good promoter

| June 2, 2013 9:00 PM

For several years the Coeur d’Alene City Council, Chamber of Commerce and several other groups in Kootenai County have tried to convey the message to the rest of the world that Coeur d’Alene and our area is a good place to visit and do business. The message being promoted is that we are a progressive group of people who won’t tolerate groups like the KKK, Aryan Nations, or other extremist groups.

Now we have a sheriff who could arrest Tony Stewart and other members of the Human Rights Council for aiding sodomy (this word isn’t even in the Webster’s New Pocket Dictionary). What a thoughtful way to promote our area.
