BILL: A question without an answer

I called the city of Cd’A to review my monthly water bill. First of all, the new drainage fee helps pay for the downtown project. It will be on the bill for. . . ? No one seems to know.

Now, in the months of December and January, if one’s water usage is too high, one will pay a higher rate the rest of the year. Next, one can save money by picking a smaller garbage container (three sizes available).

I do thank the polite clerks for their time and help. As a consumer, one must always review their accounts monthly and ask questions. Have a nice day.
