| February 4, 2013 1:01 PM

Pamela Desario, 64, passed away Jan. 23, 2013, after bravely battling a long and difficult illness.

Pam was beloved by her three children, Greg Desario of Burbank, Calif., Julie Collins of Mission Viejo, Calif., and Amy Faulkner of Post Falls; and mom Mert Bise of Montrose, Calif.; and brother Dave Bise of La Crescenta, Calif.; and sons-in-law, Brian Collins of Mission Viejo and Mike Faulkner of Post Falls. She is also survived by her four grandchildren, Emily and Joshua Collins of Mission Viejo, and Sandy and Lauren Faulkner of Post Falls; along with many other family members and friends that morn her.

Pam was born and raised in sunny Southern California but decided to move to the Pacific Northwest in 1991. She loved the mountains, the beautiful lakes and the changing seasons. Although she only lived in Idaho for seven years, she felt at home here. Pam was an incredible mother and a blessing to all those whom she met. She loved Jesus with all her heart and we know that he has his arms around her in heaven. Her motto was “Keep Smiling.” The world will be a different place without her and she will be terribly missed.

A celebration of life party will be held in Southern California this summer. In lieu of flowers, the family is asking all donations to be made in Pam’s name to Hospice House of Idaho. Send donations to: Hospice of North Idaho, 9496 N. Government Way, Hayden, ID 83835 or (208) 772-7994.
