William (Bill) M. Francis, 74, passed away December 12, 2013 at home with his loving wife by his side.
Bill was born January 16, 1939 to W.M. and Christine Francis in Tulare, CA. He enjoyed bowling, hunting, hiking (looking for horns), fishing and spending time with family and friends.
He is survived by his wife Judy; sons Anthony, Ron, Ken, Jim and daughter Carolyn; 12 grandchildren, seven great grandchildren, and numerous nephews and nieces.
He was preceded in death by his parents, his brother Carey, and sister Rebecca.
You will be missed, but never forgotten. A celebration of his life will be held in Post Falls in early summer.
