REALTORS: Don't enhance photos
Attention Kootenai County House Real Estate Agents:
What seemed to have started with one agency has now spread like a cancer to most of you. To what am I referring? Poor quality cell phone pictures that are “enhanced.” Here is a quick how-to so you can immediately improve the quality of your images, both of your inventory and of your profession.
On your computer, do the following: Click Start, go to Control Panel, click on Remove Programs, and remove the following: Photoshop, Pixlr, Sketch, Paintshop, or anything else that you use to edit photos. Then spend some money on a real camera, or better yet, hire a professional photographer.
The bottom line is this: When a listing photograph looks like a cartoon drawing, your credibility goes out the window. Oh, and while we are at it, can you please remove “nestled” from your dictionaries?
