LEWISTON (AP) - One of two men charged with first-degree murder in the 2010 disappearance of Rachael Anderson of Clarkston, Wash., has reached a plea agreement.

The Lewiston Tribune reports 50-year-old David C. Stone, during an appearance in Moscow's 2nd District Court Wednesday, pleaded guilty to failure to notify law enforcement about a death. Under the agreement, other charges including first-degree murder may be dropped later at the discretion of a 2nd District judge once a sentencing date has been set.

Stone and Anderson's estranged husband, 53-year-old Charles A. Capone, were both charged with first-degree murder, failure to notify a coroner or law enforcement officer about a death and conspiracy to commit both of those crimes.

Capone's trial is set for March 31.
