Satay receives Fork-in-Cork Award

Satay Bistro in Coeur d'Alene was recently awarded a Fork-in-Cork Award by Idaho Cuisine Magazine. The restaurant, open since Sept. 2012, was named "The Must-Try New Place on the Block" by the magazine. Satay offers an eclectic, American fusion menu, and a wine cellar that holds a 500-bottle collection. Satay is located on Fourth Street just north of Interstate 90. Info: 765-2555
