COLUMN: Defended by Fox fanatics

As expected, the Teapublican writers have submitted a few responses to my MY TURN column concerning Cliff Harris. They follow the usual right-wing talking points. I especially liked the great letter by George Beauchesne. Thank you George, you win the prize for being the most outrageous rant of them all…so far! You were especially misinformed about the Toyota Prius (“can’t manufacture or deliver them anymore.”) The latest count is six different models available. I’m sure Parker Toyota would be happy to sell you one.

The latest study says that if EVERYONE had electric cars and charged them at night we would need exactly “0” new power plants. The “ice age theory” in the 1970s was never embraced by 97 percent of the scientists who believe in global climate change today. The manufacturing study about greenhouse gasses emitting more than 23,000 times more harmful than CO2! Well, that’s a GAS!

But you saved the best for last: Less change in your pocket since the illegal alien took office! Ah, your true colors had to slip out.

The real truth?

The deficit has shrunk 32 percent under Obama.

Taxes are lowest in more than 30 years for families under Obama.

Stock market at all-time high.

Jobs are coming back, slowly yes, but with no help from Republicans.

Auto industry thriving.

I could go on but I’m running out of my 250-word limit.

Your ideology has blinded you from the truth.

But, good news. You are outnumbered! A woman will be president in 2016. Can you guess who?
