Linscott makes partner at Owens and Crandall

Owens and Crandall law firm recently made April M. Linscott a partner in the law firm.

Linscott joined the firm in August, 2011. She earned her J.D. from Gonzaga University School of Law and her B.S. in accounting from University of Idaho College of Business. She has practiced before the U.S. District Court of Idaho, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, the Idaho Supreme Court and the District and Magistrate Court Divisions for the state of Idaho. She was recently admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court and is an approved mediator with the Idaho State Courts.

Linscott is an experienced trial lawyer who has provided comprehensive representation to plaintiffs and defendants including, individuals and organizations, handled alternative dispute resolution, conducted mediations and administrative hearings with various state agencies. Her areas of practice include civil litigation and appeals, landlord/tenant, employment law, probate, real estate law, foreclosure assistance, insurance litigation, construction law, equine law, and bankruptcy.
