APRIL FOOLS: Not a laughing matter

“Regarding Monday’s front page “April Fool’s” article on the proposed building that would restrict views from the existing Coeur d’Alene North condos and to some extent, from their condo neighbor just east, I can take a joke as well as the next reader, but the proposed building is no laughing matter to me nor I suspect, to my fellow residents of Coeur d’Alene North. Perhaps The Press should have surveyed other pending lawsuits to determine if they could have been even “funnier.” The Press should not have intimated that this local matter, involving current residents and significant taxpayers, is a “joke.”
