ELECTION: Who did what for whom

| November 28, 2012 8:00 PM

Here’s an election analysis for you.

The black community voted (more than 90 percent) for Obama on purely racist grounds. With no thought whatever they voted for him because he’s black.

The Hispanic community voted overwhelmingly for him because he indicated he would permit illegals to remain here and have a path to citizenship. In other words because he would approve criminal behavior.

Many women voted for him because he would approve unrestricted abortion.

Many people voted for him because he favored the “Robin Hood” approach; rob the rich to pay the poor (translation: rob the achievers to enrich the lazy). [I saw an interesting comment today: Romney lost because he offered jobs to those who don’t want to work.]

The loss of any one of these groups — to say nothing of all of them — would probably have cost him the election. He and they can take no pride in this “accomplishment.” They should all go about with coat collars turned up and hat brims pulled down low lest they be recognized.

Of course there are those who voted for him because they truly believed in his programs but I can’t imagine there were enough of them to elect him. They are simply misguided individuals who could not resist the pipe dreams of the snake-oil salesman. They should be treated with sympathy and not derision.
