CENTER: City should help out

I belong to the Senior Center (and it is Senior Center) and it seems as though we’re in trouble of not having enough money to stay open. All our thoughts are this: How can the city pay thousands for a park nobody wanted, a dog park nobody should need and never give a penny to the Senior Center?

Hayden Lake manages to give a nice amount to their center. We would all like an answer from the city.
