OBAMA: Farewell to the best days

Let the good times roll!

America, in its wisdom? has re-elected our Community Organizer in Chief. There’s an old saying from years ago, “No one ever lost money underestimating the intelligence of the American people.”

I guess you don’t have to fool all the people all the time, just at election time. Mr. Obama and his permanent voting block of the appropriately named 47 percent and a beguiled and willing media have finally instituted a liberal agenda, from which I don’t think we will escape in my lifetime. After all, they’ve been working on it for more than 40 years.

Prepare for more of the same, if not worse. Same old tired speeches saying all the same class warfare and victimology that he’s preached for four years. Same old tired solutions! No re-election to worry about.

We may have passed the proverbial “point of no return,” and have just passed up our last best chance to save the country from the statist class that have all the power of the federal government backing them up. I never thought I would be asking, “Are the best days of our great country behind us?”
