ROAD: Project missed key need

Am I the only one who is constantly reminded of the colossal blunder on Government Way and Dalton Avenue? After millions of dollars of our hard-earned money was spent to move the power lines and widen Government Way, they completely missed the right-hand turn lane turning east onto Dalton Avenue. All that money and nothing is changed; everyone sill has to merge into the center lane single file to pass that intersection.

How utterly ridiculous! Where are we finding these people who figure these things out? Incompetence is alive and well — and well paid!
