OBAMA: Up for contract renewal
You own a company that has become economically sluggish. You hire a manager who is provided with housing and staff who provide security, secretarial, meal prep and house keeping services; a great health insurance package and lifetime retirement benefits. He promises fiscal responsibility and growth.
While in your employ he:
• Apologizes for your product.
• Demeans your company logo.
• Blames others for problems of your company he was hired to solve when the cause is less important now than the solution.
• His family takes vacations with family and friends at your expense in your corporate jet.
• Spends more time out of the office than in the office, traveling the entire country in your corporate jet, apparently seeking future employment.
• Your company is now more in debt than ever and the inheritance you planned for your heirs will be a burden to them instead.
Will you now renew his contract or fire him?
