Thadd C. Evans, 46, of Spokane Valley, passed away May 28, 2012, in Rathdrum. Thadd was born Dec. 28, 1965, to William R. and Karen L. Evans in Spokane.

Thadd was preceded in death by his grandparents and his sister, Leslee L. Evans.

He is survived by his parents, William R. Evans and Karen L. Evans; his best friend and companion, Jessie A. Sanchez; his Grandmother Evans; many aunts, uncles and cousins; and his puppies, Ursula and Toby.
