ELECTION: This guy's no loser

Well, I lost by just nine votes, showing how important it is to go and vote no matter what side you are on. I immediately discounted advice for a recount because I have the full faith and confidence of the job our new clerk Cliff Hayes is doing.

I would like to thank Team Tyler for their help and also the support of many others in my effort against great odds as an average citizen running for District 3 State Representative.

Special thanks to Senator Jim Hammond for the fantastic support letter and to Representative Frank Henderson and his wife Betty Ann for their unwavering effort in trying to help me win. I have seen during this campaign the love and commitment Frank and Betty Ann have for their constituents. We are so lucky to have such fine people representing us.

For me this has been an opportunity to serve the good people of our community and I am proud that I had the courage to stand up and run for office in trying to restore the American Dream for our kids and grandchildren. If good people don’t try then what are we left with?

I believe God has a plan for me that will be revealed in his fashion some day and until then I will continue to support those who are for a smaller government resulting in greater liberty for all. Congratulations to all the winners of this primary!
