Habits are easy to get and hard to get rid of it. They run our lives in many ways we don't even realize. We have to decide then which habits actually provide us with the lifestyle we want and which ones need to be replaced.

Usually it takes 30 days to break a habit. And it seems longer to establish a new one. That's why we always say you can find out a lot in 90 days. Ninety days is long enough to sweep out the old habits and short enough to model the new ones and see if they fit.

Healthy habits are a challenge. Only you can decide which ones work for you and your family and how to work them into your daily schedule. Remember though your physical health should be at the top of this list, so do whatever it takes to make them a priority.

So here is the next step to assist you in setting up a little more balance for your physical health. Fitness apps can be used as a tool to help balance your life. This will then help make it easier for you to stay on task for the next 90 days. Remember there are a lot of health apps and they all have their special features. But for the next 90 days we will be using prevention.com.

Log on to prevention.com and take a look. Then begin to enter your health information. You will be amazed at what is available to keep you on task. Come on and take the 90-day challenge, and see how far you can go.
