ELECTION: What's good for the GOP

The funny thing is the election of Democrats into state and federal legislatures would be the best thing that ever happened to 99 percent of Republicans in Idaho. They’re just too warped by the drivel coming out of Fox News, ALEC and the NRA to see it.

Try thinking for yourselves for about one second and realize something — you personally are not headed for the 1 percent. Do you really want to spend your political capital defending the banks’ rape of you? Do you really want to promote the extension of monopolistic practices in Washington and on Wall Street? And when did these geniuses come to the stunning conclusion that religion is an appropriate instrument for the accumulation of wealth? Read the second half of the Good Book again. You missed a few hundred pages.
