HOLMES: Ready to lead county

I have known Vic Holmes for over 25 years and have worked with him in various capacities. I have always found him to be straightforward and honest. As the Mayor of Rathdrum, he has demonstrated fiscal conservatism while continuing to make great strides and accomplishments to benefit city and area residents. Examples are his work behind the scenes to help make KTEC a reality and his successful efforts to find funds to replace the railroad bridge in Rathdrum. There is a long list of additional accomplishments.

Vic promotes kids, his community, and the county. He gives freely of his time. He develops partnerships. All of his administrative skills have contributed to keeping his city fiscally solvent in these difficult times. I believe Vic Holmes will make an outstanding Kootenai County Commissioner.
