Kenneth Norbert Cline, 82

| March 15, 2012 10:00 PM

Born in Cranston, Wis., on Nov. 13, 1929.

Departed on March 12, 2012, and resided in Hayden.

Kenneth Norbert Cline was a loving family man. His life was exemplary of God’s loving kindness. He was a ready source of prayer, support and financial aid; his generosity of spirit will always be remembered.

As a family man, Kenneth settled into the Rouge River Valley. A logger for more than 50 years, he loved the woods. He owned and operated KC Logging, a successful company in Grants Pass for many years. He was known as a businessman of faith, conviction and ethics.

In 2007 Kenneth moved to Idaho to be cared for by his loving daughter, Deborah and son-in-law David Hern. Kenneth’s warm sense of humor remained steadfast. He loved to share his faith in both the Word and in song; he had a rich voice that went straight to the heart of praise and worship.

Kenneth was preceded in death by two loving wives, Emmanoise Boggs and Nellie Carter; and son Paul Michael.

He is survived by his daughters, Pamala Jabote (Arizona), Deborah Hern (Idaho) and Sande Olson (Texas); as well as seven grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.

Memorial services will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday, March 18, 2012, at English Funeral Chapel, Coeur d’Alene. He will later be laid to rest in Oregon at his request.
