Nancy K. Corey, 56

Nancy K. Corey, 56, passed away at Kootenai Medical Center in Coeur d’Alene on March 13, 2012.

Nancy was born in Santa Monica, Calif., on Nov. 6, 1956, to Thomas Roy and Kathleen Inez (Dishner) Klomparens. Nancy loved God and was a Christian. She desired to see the lost come to Christ and believed God had a purpose for her.

She enjoyed working with stain glass, crocheting, knitting, cake decorating, beading, reading inspirational books, quilting, flower arranging, and spending time with friends and family. She loved to go cruising to different places.

Nancy is survived by her husband, Daniel; two children, Brandon and Kevin Corey; mother Kathleen Klomparens; two brothers, Tom and Mike Klomparens; and special pets Carmel and Chocolate.

She is preceded in death by her father, Thomas Roy Klomparens and brother James Martin Klomparens.

Visitation will be held from 4-7 p.m. Thursday, March 15, 2012, and 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Friday, March 16, 2012, at English Funeral Chapel in Coeur d’Alene. The funeral service will be held at 3 p.m. Friday, March 16, 2012, at Heart of the City Church, 521 W. Emma Ave., Coeur d’Alene. Burial will be at the Riverview Cemetery in Coeur d’Alene.
