CHEERS: Kudos to county staff

I want to commend County Assessor Mike McDowell for his very competent staff. They are always respectful and kind to me when I go in to his office. One of his staff in particular, Linda Hall, was a real lifesaver for me when my husband died suddenly a few years back while we were on a trip to Europe. She worked with me to get our property transferred into my name and is always there to listen and to help.  

As a widow I would highly recommend the Assessor’s staff to anyone with questions, especially during such a traumatic time as losing one’s spouse.
