Paul Samuel Khashmanian, 69

Paul Samuel Khashmanian, 69, entered into Eternal Life on June 25, 2012, at his home in Rathdrum. Paul and his wife, Kathy, have lived in the area for six years. Paul was born to Samuel and Mabel Rose (Shaw) Khashmanian on Dec. 24, 1942, in Orange, Calif.

Paul is survived by his wife, Kathy; son Paul Khashmanian Jr. of  Anaheim, Calif.; daughter Barbara Bridges of Corpus Christy, Texas; two grandchildren, Alexa and Alec; and two sisters, Sandy (Ed) Gowin and Terri (Dave) Warren. He also leaves his two beloved shitsus, Petey and Sammy. Paul was preceded in death by his daughter, Pamela Beth Khashmanian of Santa Ana, Calif.; and his brother, Mark Duane Khashmanian of Hemet, Calif. Paul loved trains, politics, sports and weather. He was also a member of the Elks and attended the Prairie Avenue Christian Center in Hayden.

A graveside service was held for Paul Wednesday, June 27, 2012, at Pinegrove Cemetery in Rathdrum. A memorial service and reception were held at Prairie Avenue Christian Center in Hayden.
