Bruce Gibson, 65

Bruce Gibson passed away on Monday, June 18, 2012, in Coeur d’Alene.

Bruce was born Oct. 12, 1946, to Ray and Lila Lee-Gibson.

He enlisted into the Army in 1964, and served in Vietnam and Korea.

He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Gary Gibson.

He is survived by his daughter, Diana Emmich of Liberty Lake, Wash.; and her children, Nathan Gibson and Sydney Emmich; daughter Janice O’Neil (Patrick) of Sandpoint and her children, Keith Gibson, Jordan and Miranda O’Neil. Bruce is also survived by great-granddaughters, Aiden and Sabrina.

Bruce is also survived by a brother, Dale Roberts (Dawn); sisters, Phyllis Wong of Coeur d’Alene, Linda Heath of Sagle and Vicki Syth (Wayne) of Hayden, Debra Brady (Ric) of Newport; former spouses, Carol and Lorraine; as well as many, many friends.

A military memorial will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, July 7, 2012, at Coeur d’Alene Memorial Gardens, 7315 N. Government Way, Coeur d’Alene.
