Margaret 'Jean' Walker Faust, 57

Margaret “Jean” Walker Faust born Nov. 18, 1954, died June 16, 2012.

She was a housekeeper at Kootenai Medical Center for seven years. Jean resided in North Idaho for most of her life. She was involved in prison ministries from 1995-2007 and for five years she worked with far reaching ministries and the Children’s Village. Jean enjoyed camping, fishing, and hiking in the local lakes and woods, she collected rocks as mementos of these trips.

She was preceded in death by David and Connie Walker.

She is survived by her parents, Reid and Judy Walker; her sisters, Rita Walker, Judy Draggoo, Rhonda McQuarrie; and brothers, Mike, Dennis and Jim Walker, Don and Mike Basslington. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.

Service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, June 23, 2012, at Faith Ministries, 5073 E. 16th Ave., Post Falls.

In lieu of flowers, Jean wished for donations to be made to Hospice of North Idaho with a special thanks to Hospice House and nurses Patty, Christine and Carrie.
