'Herk' Evarts, 56

“Herk” Evarts, 56, of Hauser Lake, passed away at Sacred Heart Medical Center in Spokane on June 12, 2012. He was born May 1, 1956, in Spokane to Neal and Margaret Evarts.

Herk is survived by his mother, Margaret Evarts; his sisters, Carol Gift and Janice McFarland; his children, Karen Evarts Wilmoth, Matthew Evarts, Michael Evarts, Charity Thompson and Trevor Priebe; as well as his beloved grandchildren.

A memorial service to celebrate Herk’s life will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, June 23, 2012, at Word of Life Church, 6703 North Idaho Road, Newman Lake, Wash.
