ART: Vision makes Cd'A even better

I had the wonderful surprise Thursday morning of discovering the new public art near the new Coeur d’Alene wastewater treatment plant while riding my bike to work. The sculptures of “Frolicking Creatures” are whimsical and playful while providing an excellent opportunity for an impromptu science education moment.

Kudos to our city leaders and the Coeur d’Alene Arts Commission for their vision in recognizing that public art is an essential part of a vibrant community landscape. Keep up the great work!
