LIGHT: Accident no laughing matter

Reading The Light Side on the front page (June 12) left me wondering what was “light” about a father and son being injured at a golf course in Texas when their golf cart went off a bridge. “Investigators believe one of the golf cart’s wheels slipped off the track, the father overcorrected and the vehicle went through a guard rail.” They fell 30 feet and ended up on some rocks in a creek. The son had minor injuries and the 36-year-old father was in critical condition. Are you trying to see if anyone reads this column or am I missing something?
