DRIVERS: Raise license age to 21

An article in the Coeur d’Alene Press said that more than 50 percent of the nation’s teenagers admitted to texting while driving. While I appreciate their honesty, it looks like it’s past time to raise the legal driving age to 25 years or at least to 21 years.

Teens, apparently, don’t respect their lives or ours, and must not be trusted to handle a deadly weapon — a vehicle!
