ART: Rack one up for Fourth Street

La-Dee-Dah, Mr. Gookin. Fourth Street bike racks “childish and ugly”… a “joke?”
Well, many of us who DO have “culture and class” like them. Hey, we can combine art with humor.
Loosen up, give me a break. We all need a break from the responsibilities and seriousness of life.
Besides, undoubtedly they’re user friendly… ummm, they’re bike racks for Pete’s sake!
