SCANTY: Life's a beach downtown

While enjoying a walk through downtown I was amazed at how many scantily dressed people I saw. Not just at the beach but all over downtown; crossing streets, walking around, sitting on benches with butts, bellies and “barely there bras” all on display.

Why hasn’t Coeur d Alene imposed a cover up rule once people leave the beach? Aren’t we a family friendly beach community and tourist attraction? If a business can say, “No shoes, no shirt, no service,” why can’t we?
