OBAMA: This time, he might be right

| January 18, 2012 9:00 PM

At Independence Point in Coeur d'Alene I carried a banner stating that Obama said we are not a Christian nation. Yet we find the U.S. Supreme Court in 1892 established that we are a Christian nation.

I have been waiting for the watchmen and headships of our Christian churches to react outside the safety of the church buildings and boldly stand by the thousands for the God whom they serve God the Father, son (Jesus Christ) and the Holy Spirit, defending the trinity. (It never happened!)

Now we have a Mormon who is not a Christian (does not believe in the holy trinity) running for president of the United States of America. We are told to vote for him because he has the best chance to win against Obama. How can we as Christians compromise accepting such outrageous thinking which goes beyond all Christian standards of what is right or decent under God.

Where are our watchmen or shepherds? Are they as Isaiah 56:10-11, are they dumb dogs? Sleeping, lying down and loving to slumber, all looking to their own way, everyone for his gain from his quarter.

If so then Obama is right! (We are not a Christian nation!)
