COLUMN: Kudos for cutting to the chase

My compliments to Delphine Kenney for her well written letter "Where the cut really comes from." It is assuring that we have informed citizens such as her willing to speak up in our community.

It is also assuring that Idaho is represented by two of ONLY seven representatives that voted against the NDAA. The NDAA removes the right of Habeas Corpus and destroys the bill of rights establishing the authority for a totalitarian government.

I am frustrated that the Coeur d'Alene Press does not have this article posted in their electronic version, though I'm not surprised. The truth gets buried VERY quickly in our media today.
