COLUMN: Good thinking and writing

I was fascinated by Dr. Justin StormoGipson’s thoughts on the issue of life’s beginnings. He points out that life begins even BEFORE conception. He also notes that effective birth control has prevented millions of abortions and adds that a friend of his was born only because safe abortion was available. (The mother had health problems and did not want to carry a pregnancy to term if that would be fatal to her.)

I agree heartily with his point of view. The column was based on clear thinking and good information. And the quotes by one of my favorite writers, Mark Twain, were totally apropos. Thank you for presenting this intelligent writing in The Press.
