Lucile A. Bibin, 88
Lucile A. Bibin, wife of Capt. Michael Bibin USAF (ret), passed away Jan. 30, 2012.
With her passing, Coeur d'Alene lost a spirited soul who provided assistance and compassion for those who needed support in moments of personal challenge.
Lucile was born July 6, 1923, in Canyon City, Colorado, daughter of Floyd and Emilia Jones. She had a professional career as a secretary and administrative assistant. After retirement she became an accomplished artist of landscape, animals and still life in oils and resumed her love for playing the piano. She had a love of nature and traveled the world. She fell in love with Coeur d'Alene and settled here with her husband in 1983.
She is survived by her sons, Lance and Michael, and daughters-in-law, Mireille and Tena.
The family thanks Hospice of North Idaho for their compassionate and loving end-of-life care of Lucile and strongly encourage continued community support for this worthwhile and essential nonprofit organization.
