Timothy (Rick) Morris, 39

Rick passed Dec. 17, 2012, at Kootenai Medical Center in Coeur d’Alene.

He is survived by his parents, Steve and Pat Morris of Snohomish, Wash., Bob and Osa Mallory of Coeur d’Alene; brother Steve Morris and his wife Sheree of Post Falls; sisters, Allison and Jessica Morris of Northwestern Washington; grandmothers, Bettie Bohannon of Tacoma, Wash., and Ann Davidson of Hemet, Calif.; step-siblings, Bob Mallory of Hayden Lake, Renee Weist and Annette Mallory of Olympia, Wash.; Uncle Bob Davidson of Diamond Bar, Calif.; aunts, Cherryl Statson of Tacoma, Wash., Deanna Van Der Linden of Fountain Hills, Ariz., and Karol Jones of Hemet.

Rick grew up in North Idaho and Oregon. He loved hunting and fishing, snorkeling and the outdoors.

Rick had an outgoing personality and an easy, quick-witted sense of humor. It was his nature to help people and it was very apparent Rick loved and valued his family and many friends. Rick was loved beyond measure.

A memorial will be held in the springtime to allow out-of-state relatives to attend. It will begin at the church and proceed to a mountain location.
